Colorless Sulfamic Acid Powder H3NO3S Chemicals Used In Sewage Treatment
Product Usage:
1.Cleaning agent
Amino sulfonic acid cleaning agent has a wide range of applications and can be used to clean boilers, condensers, heat exchangers, jackets, and chemical pipelines. Use it to remove scale from glass lined storage tanks, pots, open beer coolers, and beer barrels in breweries; Cleaning evaporators in enamel factories and equipment in paper mills; In terms of air conditioning, it can remove rust and scale from the cooling system and evaporative condenser; It can be used by sea vessels to remove seaweed and scale from seawater evaporators (distillation equipment), heat exchangers, and saltwater heaters; Can clean the scale of copper pots, radiators, dishwashing mechanisms, silverware, flush toilets, ceramic tiles, food and dairy processing equipment; It can remove protein deposits on steamers and sediment on disinfectants used in fresh meat, vegetable, and cheese processing plants. The US Department of Agriculture permits the use of sulfamic acid as an acidic cleaning agent in fresh meat, poultry, rabbit, and egg processing companies.
2.textile industry
Aminosulfonic acid can be used as an eliminating agent for excess nitrite in diazotization reactions in the dye industry, a color fixing agent for textile dyeing, to form a fireproof layer on textiles, and can also be used to produce yarn cleaning agents and other additives in the textile industry.
3.Paper Industry
Aminosulfonic acid can be used as a bleaching aid to reduce or eliminate the catalytic effect of heavy metal ions in the bleaching solution, thereby ensuring the quality of the bleaching solution and reducing the oxidative degradation of fibers by metal ions. It can also prevent fiber peeling reactions and improve pulp strength and whiteness.
4.petroleum industry
Aminosulfonic acid can be used to unblock oil reservoirs and increase their permeability. Injecting a solution of aminosulfonic acid into a carbonate rock reservoir can avoid the deposition of salt due to the easy reaction between aminosulfonic acid and the reservoir rock. The processing cost is slightly higher than using hydrochloric acid, but the oil production is doubled. The United States uses 48.5% potassium hydroxyacetate and 3.4% sulfamic acid. A 0.1-3% aqueous solution of wetting agent is used to clean the gypsum scale layer in the oil well casing, with a treatment time of about 30 hours.
5.Agriculture
Aminosulfonic acid and ammonium aminosulfonate were initially developed as herbicides. It is said that when applied directly to plants, they have a toxic effect; And when applied to the soil, it has a male killing effect. In the 1978 experiment on the male killing effect of amino sulfonic acid on rice conducted in Guangdong Province, China, the efficacy was better than other salts. Spraying at a concentration of 0.05% to 0.5% resulted in a male killing rate of 95% to 100%. However, the efficacy was not stable enough and there were drug hazards. The herbicide concentration of sulfamic acid is usually 75 g/L of active ingredient.
